We’re One Wilmington is a 501c3 organization founded by a small group of friends with the simple yet powerful mission of strengthening our community one good deed at a time.
WOW has currently has 400+ members of all ages and genders. Membership is free and open to anyone who wants to enrich the lives of those in our community. The only expectation of membership is to come with an open heart and to participate in at least two acts of kindness each year. This can include volunteering at one of our events, making a donation, etc.
In 2016, WOW started a Junior WOW Chapter, which is run by a leadership council comprised of several Wilmington High School students. The leadership council meets monthly and organizes community events throughout the year.
