Frequently Asked Questions

Those interested can purchase a sheet of raffle tickets for a chance to win one of the spectacular donations. Drop your tickets in the bucket of the donations that interest you. Winners will be drawn on Sunday after the Festival concludes.

Admission to the Festival is free. For those interested in entering the raffle for a chance to win one of the trees, wreaths or baskets on display, tickets will be available at the following rates: $20 for 25 tickets, $10 for 10 tickets, or $5 for 5 tickets.

We will also have baked goods available for purchase.

Winners will be drawn on Sunday afternoon after the Festival. Winners will be contacted by phone. Calls will begin after 3 PM. Volunteers use personal phones to make the calls, so be sure to pick up any unknown calls on Sunday afternoon. If we cannot reach winners by phone, we will attempt to text or email. We must be out of the hall by Sunday evening. We reserve the right to pull another name if we do not receive a response within 3 hours of initial contact.

The caller will tell you the tree number and name of the donation if you win a prize. Remember to write it down, as you will need it when you arrive to claim your prize. You will also be asked if you want us to undecorate and pack your prize for you (or if you rather do it yourself). If your prize is a tree, you will be given the option of keeping the tree itself, or donating it back to be decorated by a donor next year.

The Festival has to be cleaned up and out of the hall by Sunday evening.  All prizes MUST be picked up on Sunday. We do not ship prizes.

When you arrive at the hall, please bring extra bags and boxes with you to help carry your items.

Please check in at the desk in the lobby. Do not enter the hall without checking in. Be sure to write down the tree name and number that you were given by the volunteer who called. You will be asked for a photo ID and must be 21 years old to claim alcohol. If you are not, you must bring someone of age, who will also be asked for a photo ID.

We will have volunteers on hand to help pack and carry larger prizes to your vehicle.

All prizes must be picked up on Sunday, as the hall must be clear for church activities on Monday.

If you cannot pick it up yourself, you may send a friend or family member to pick it up for you. We will ask for the person’s name and ID them upon arrival to ensure the pickup is authorized. We will not release a prize to anyone without authorization and ID.

We will not ship prizes.
