Registered Donors Only – Donation Set-up (Tuesday, 12/1/2026)

Baskets, wreaths, and other smaller items do not require a sign-up and can be dropped off anytime during the day.

For larger donations, please sign up for a set-up time. We ask that each group plan to be in and out within one hour, especially for set-ups after 3 PM when things get very busy. Pre-decorating and prepping as much as possible in advance is highly encouraged!

GIFT CARDS, CASH & SCRATCH TICKETS: To help minimize theft, please decorate your tree using copies of gift cards, cash, and scratch tickets. We will collect the originals at check-in and securely store them off-site until the winners are drawn.
