Our beautiful holiday tree, wreath, and basket raffles are known around the area for their beauty, creativity, and spectacular prizes! Wilmington has never disappointed; we are sure this year will be no different.
It takes 100-120 donations to fill the hall. Can you help us out?
No donation is too small. Consider putting something together with your family, neighbors, friends, a club or sports team, or from your business or organization. The possibilities are limitless; get creative! All donations are tax-deductible, and monies raised will be used to fund our holiday gift program and other goodwill initiatives.
We will award ribbons to donations in the following categories: Best Use of Theme, Best Mini/Tabletop Tree, Best Wreath, Most Creative/Unique Tree, Best Alternative Tree, Fan Favorite, and Best in Show.
Donations must be registered in advance by Friday, November 29, 2024.
Donation setup will occur on Tuesday, December 3, 12 PM – 8 PM and Wednesday, December 4, 10 AM – 8 PM.
Sign-up for a setup time is required for all floor-sized and table-top donations that require decorating. A sign-up link will be emailed to you after you register your donation. Wreath and basket donors can drop in anytime during setup hours, no signup is necessary.
All donors must check in at the front desk in the lobby upon arrival. A volunteer will provide you with a ticket bucket, donor card, and labels for your boxes. An escort will bring you to your assigned location.
