Funds at Work in the Community

Funds raised through community donors and the Festival of Trees enable us to support countless organizations and families in Wilmington. Below is an example of WOW funds at work.

Scholarships – $15,000 in 2024 (6/$2,500)

 
Needs Based Assistance for families/individuals who are experience difficult times:

  • Utility bill payments
  • Household goods
  • Food/meals
  • Financial assistance for activities of school aged children or senior citizens of low income 
  • Care packages for families or individuals experiencing emotional or medical hardship
