There couldn’t be a Festival without the trees! To fill the hall it takes between 100-120 donations. All donations are tax deductible and a fun way to give back to our community. What a fantastic tradition to decorate and donate a tree with friends, family or an organization! All donations are tax-deductible and must be registered in advance.

Setup Information:

  • Setup will take place on Setup will take place on Sunday, Nov. 28 (11am – 8pm) and Monday, Nov. 29 (10am – 8pm) at Villanova Hall, 126 Middlesex Ave., Wilmington, MA. Please check in at front desk for location assignments.
  • DO NOT leave trash or other unused decorations behind with packaging.
  • WOW will provide all extension cords
